License
A purchase grants a non-exclusive license to keep using the purchased offline software version.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own installation environment, backups, and compliance with applicable law.
Bug fixes and security patches
Security and bug fixes within the purchased major version are free.
Upgrades and update packs
New major-version AI upgrades require a separate purchase. Assisted services include updates for 12 months.
On-site setup
On-site service is available only in designated areas; travel costs are separate. If your location is outside our service area, the on-site setup fee is fully refunded before the visit.
AI output
Review AI output independently, particularly for important or medical decisions.
Returns and refunds
Digital downloads generally cannot be returned after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If your location is outside the designated on-site service area, we fully refund the on-site setup fee before the visit. Contact support for billing errors or defects.
Payments and personal information
Payments are handled by Stripe and transactional email by Resend. We store purchase email, payment references, download logs, and hashes of authentication tokens for fulfillment, fraud prevention, and support. We do not receive card numbers.
