Overview

KOKODE installs and supports on-premises AI for organizations that need to keep sensitive data on-site.

AI runs on equipment installed inside your facility. Patient-data work stays inside, and everyday use needs no internet connection.

KOKODE handles the equipment and setup, and your team uses it after delivery.

How it works

Patient-data work is done by AI on equipment installed in your facility.

Staff ask through the chat window in their browsers. KOKODE configures the equipment, AI models, facility knowledge, workflow agents and chat, including sign-in and backups, before delivery.

Data boundary

Documents, conversations, workflows and settings stay inside and belong to your facility.

The AI model is a replaceable part. Your accumulated knowledge stays with the facility when the model changes.

Where it connects
Only an authorized facility network: wired LAN or staff Wi-Fi.
Which devices
Only devices that are on that network and signed in, such as PCs and tablets.

Using it

On a PC or tablet connected to the staff network, open kokode.local in your browser and sign in. You do not need to sit at the server.

Ask through chat. AI output is a draft: healthcare professionals review it and make the final judgment.

Updates and backups

Bring update files inside by USB or similar media. No internet connection is needed.

Backups go to storage managed by your facility, never to KOKODE’s cloud.

Getting started

You do not need a GPU rack to start. Begin with one small device and one workflow.

If you outgrow one device, we will size the equipment to your facility with you. Larger equipment keeps the same experience.

FAQ

Does it need an internet connection?
Everyday use does not. Update files can be brought in by USB or similar media.
Is patient data sent outside?
In normal operation, it is configured not to send patient data to external LLMs. Backups go to storage managed by your facility, never to KOKODE’s cloud.
Can it be used from outside?
Only signed-in devices on an authorized facility network can use it. It cannot be reached from outside.
Does it replace judgment by healthcare professionals?
No. KOKODE does not replace judgment by healthcare professionals. AI output is a draft, and healthcare professionals make the final review and judgment.
Do we need AI engineers or GPU expertise?
No. After delivery, your team uses it without technical setup work. KOKODE handles equipment selection and AI model setup.
What happens to our knowledge when the AI model changes?
The AI model is a replaceable part. Documents, conversations, workflows and settings stay with your facility.
