Web trial requests

We collect your email (required), industry and team size (optional), and selected interest. Attribution includes five UTM fields, referrer, first-visit URL, submission time and referral code.

Requests are stored in Supabase. Email, interest, attribution and referral code are synchronized to Zoho CRM to provide trial access, follow up, understand demand and measure referral channels.

Confidential information

Do not submit patient information, medical records, confidential research materials or other sensitive information through our website forms.

Browser storage

Referral codes remain in localStorage for 30 days. First-touch attribution, checkout identifiers and account sign-in sessions use sessionStorage; failed submissions use a localStorage retry queue. You can clear this data in your browser.

Web trial and external AI

Trial messages and images are sent through OpenRouter to external AI providers. Do not enter confidential, personal or customer data.

The trial runs in the Tokyo region of Fly.io. Access management stores customer identifiers, creation and expiry times, hashes of invite and session tokens, and daily usage counts.

Purchases and accounts

Stripe processes payments; our server does not handle card numbers. Resend sends transactional email and Cloudflare R2 delivers files.

We store purchase email, order details (products, amount, currency), Stripe identifiers, entitlements, download records, authentication token hashes and IP hashes for fulfillment, fraud prevention and support. Accounts also track referral codes, referral relationships and update-credit grants and redemptions.

Analytics and external transmission

PostHog, Inc. (United States) analyzes page views, clicks, video playback and milestones, attribution, browser and device, approximate location, form submission outcomes and selected interests to improve the site. Session recording is disabled.

Cookie or localStorage identifiers are not linked to names or email addresses. Form email addresses and error text are not sent to analytics. Tracking is disabled when Do Not Track is enabled. Clear browser site data to remove identifiers.

Service providers and disclosure

We use Cloudflare, Supabase, Zoho, Stripe, Resend, OpenRouter, Fly.io and PostHog as needed to deliver services. Except as required by law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent.

Security and information requests

We take reasonable security measures suited to the services and operations involved. Send requests for access, correction, suspension or deletion to the seller by email. We respond in accordance with applicable law.

Policy changes

We may revise this policy as services or laws change. Material changes will be announced on this website.
